This policy covers the public ServisCue website at serviscue.com during prelaunch.

What this website collects

There is no account registration, payment form, advertising tracker, or analytics script on this website. The hosting provider processes technical information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the site. These operational logs are separate from any future app records.

When you email us

If you contact support@serviscue.com, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to include. We use that information to respond, discuss pilot access, and keep track of your enquiry. Please send only the information needed for your question.

Browser storage and external services

The pricing selector works in your browser without saving personal data. Fonts and other site assets are served with the site. Our hosting and email providers process information necessary to operate their services. We do not sell your enquiry details or use this website for targeted advertising.

App and payment information

The public website does not upload or store customer job records, service photos, or card details. A separate app privacy notice and provider disclosures will apply when the pilot opens. Dodo Payments integration is in preparation; no subscription payments are accepted here.

Retention and your requests

We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer you, arrange requested pilot access, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@serviscue.com. We may need to verify the request and explain any records we must retain.
